The MARATHON COACH is both regroovable and retreadable and has been developed according to the ‘Multiple Life Concept’ approach – allowing fleets to make the best use of their tire assets and substantially reduce their cost per kilometer.
Advantages
– Solid shoulder ribs: Resistance to extra forces coming from high centre of gravity and cornering
– Asymmetric design: Stiffer tread at outside to cope with forces coming from high point of gravity that leads to even wear and high mileage
– High amount of edge sipes: High number of biting edges that leads to good traction and braking
– Stone ejectors: Avoid stone catching and stone drilling that leads to longer carcass life and better retreadability.
